COVID-19 Salon Safety

We want to ensure not only your safety, but the safety of our team and our community.  In order to do so, we have created new shop protocols that are listed below. We ask that you read over these new procedures ahead of your appointment.

We believe these measures are imperative to help make sure that everyone is protected.  We are hopeful that these changes are temporary. As soon as we can relax these policies safely, we will do so.

  • We will be checking each guest temperature upon arrival.

  • Upon entering we require that all guests wear masks. If you are unable to wear a mask for health reasons, please reach out to us prior to booking your appointment.

  • Each station will be thoroughly sanitized after each client.

  • We are temporarily suspending our drink service to reduce the need to remove your mask.

  • We will be removing all blankets, neck wraps and magazines from the salon to help reduce any surfaces prone to contamination.

  • We will be wearing a mask and will be logging our temperatures at the start of every day.

  • As always, Our hands will be washed between services and new gloves will be applied for each service as usual.

  • As always, we will be using only hospital grade disinfectants and sterilization practices to sanitize the shop. We will be sanitizing in-between each service, and will have a final, rigorous cleaning at close.

  • We have taken the extra measure to ensure that ALL providers have received a Rejuvenate Infection Control certification and Barbicide Covid-19 certification, reviewing all disinfection and sterilization practices.

  • Masks will be required within the shop. If you have a health issue which prevents you from wearing a mask, please notify us ahead of booking your appointment. If you do not have a mask we will provide one for you for an additional $2.

  • As always before each service, we are requesting that all clients wash their hands before coming into contact with their service provider.

  • At the end of your service, we ask that you check out and leave as soon as you are able so we are able to ensure proper sanitation in between services and to avoid any overlapping of guests.

  • We ask that if you are not feeling well, or showing ANY symptoms at all, to please cancel your appointment.  Should you arrive at your appointment exhibiting any apparent signs of illness, we will be unable to perform any service and you will be charged the cost of your appointment.

  • Clients are prohibited from bringing guests at this time in order to maintain our capacity goals.

  • We are going cashless- We will check you out with the card you put on file at time of booking.

  • We ask that clients arrive AT their appointment time. For now we will be unable to accommodate guests arriving early in order to reduce client overlap and help with the implementation of our sanitation practices. When you arrive please call us at 954-361-0392 so we can confirm your entry based on capacity requirements.

  • In order to maintain our capacity, we will be booking appointments over the phone or online onlyNo walk-in appointments at this time.

  • Waiving cancellation fees for illness - While we still require every appointment to be booked using a credit card for easy checkout, we will waive cancellation fees due to illness at this time. We ask, however, that you please be considerate of our nail technician and the limited appointment availability at this time. We will still be charging our standard cancellation fee for non-illness related cancellations or no-call/no-shows. Please refer to the cancellation policy on our website for additional information.

With all the information here we know there are bound to be some questions. Should you have any concerns or need anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can reach us at

We are so grateful for your support and we can’t wait to see you very soon.
